PBL doesn't just work with players, coaches and clubs. It also builds its own projects that expand what basketball can offer. Four initiatives with their own identity, each with its focus and community. All with the same level of excellence.
The infrastructure that is missing in grassroots basketball.
PBL TRACE (Timeline Rating and Context Engine) is Pro Basket Lab's platform to evaluate and develop basketball players.
It brings together player tracking over time, combine sessions, game stats, AI insights, and psychological profiles into a single system. For Clubs, Players, Federations, and Agents.
Its differential value lies in context: it doesn't just measure; it places each data point within the player's history and environment. Ratings are calculated deterministically, and AI provides natural language analysis on closed results, so each club, player, federation, or agent accesses the information that belongs to them with total control and traceability.
From Combine tests to Game Rating, every measurement and every game is integrated into the player's Timeline, where context gives meaning to evolution. This continuous gaze, connecting performance, progress, and environment, is what defines us as the ultimate player development platform.
Competing at the highest level, in another environment.
A 5x5 team program for boys and girls in developmental stages who want to enjoy the experience of participating in international tournaments, competing against players of their own level.
It's not a club team: it's a selection representing PBL and all its values, in another environment, with different teammates, in another language and away from home.
The program has competed in the La Roda Tournament (U12, U14), Aristos Tournament U14, MHL Zaragoza (U14, U16), and Shanghai Future Stars (U18). Male and female. For many, it's the first time they compete outside of Spain.
A local project with national and international reach.
The PBL Las Rozas 3x3 basketball teams have a presence in the national FEB circuit and in national and international tournaments. Their male and female divisions work under the same structure, the same values, the same level of demand, and the same methodology.
They train every week at the PBL facilities, combining technical and physical work under the supervision of Ion Galarza, Irene Baeza and Vicen Huertas.
The 2024/2025 season culminated with the women's title in the FEB 3x3 Winter League, with victories in all six Madrid stops.
The youth academy is already active and we have achieved our first tournament titles: mini, infantil, cadete and junior categories.
We don't sell logos. We create experiences and activations with results.
Basketball has something brands look for and rarely find: a real audience, an active community, and experiences that people remember. PBL Agency is the piece that connects these two worlds.
Experiences on real assets of the PBL ecosystem: teams, 3x3 tournaments, youth academy, players and original content. Each activation ends with a results report against real objectives: attendance, reach, leads, conversions. Not promised visibility, but demonstrated results.
We work with agencies that have brand portfolios and need a new idea every month. Also with brands that come directly.
