A program of development teams that brings together players from different clubs to represent ProBasketLab in national and international tournaments.
A new team for every challenge.
It's not just another tournament. It's joining a new team, sharing court and locker room with players you don't usually meet, travelling and competing against teams from other places.
Each Elite Team is formed specifically for one competition. Players come from different clubs and backgrounds and discover new ways of working, competing and relating on court.
Being part of an Elite Team doesn't mean leaving your club. Players stay with their team all season and, at specific moments, join a new group for a different competitive experience.
The result is not the only goal.
We compete in national and international tournaments against teams from different countries and levels. Every game is also a development experience.

Not everything happens on the court.
For many players it's the first time they compete away from home and, sometimes, outside Spain. For several days they share training, games, travel and daily life with teammates and coaches.
These are lessons that go beyond the court and are part of what it means to be a player.
