A team program for boys and girls in developmental stages participating in international tournaments, competing against players of their same level.
Not a club team. It's a PBL selection.
Elite Teams brings together players from different backgrounds in teams representing PBL in international tournaments. They compete against selections and academies of the same demanding level.
For many, it's the first time they compete outside of Spain. For everyone, it's a leap in competitive maturity, exposure, and context.

A complete program, not a one-off call-up.
Open call-ups and continuous observation. Selection by criteria, not origin.
Work blocks prior to each tournament focusing on technical, physical, and collective system aspects.
PBL ecosystem coaches responsible for the team throughout the experience.
Accommodation, transport, permits, and communication with families handled by PBL.
Tournament coverage, player materials, and records for their PBL Trace history.
Individual and collective analysis. Lessons learned return to the player's home club.
